About
Frank has a deep rooted interest in what makes places special and unique and his approach to his projects stem directly from this interest. As a result Frank's work feels firmly connected to the locale, referencing local materials and vernacular. He has an eye for both the big picture and the fine detail, which results in a high quality end product that is of the place and creates delight at close quarters.

All of Frank's work has a focus on sustainability to ensure that his schemes deliver for both people and planet. He is interested in the creative re-use of existing and site won materials, and he is an advocate for the use of UK sourced materials where possible.

Frank has a particular interest in how digital techniques can be used in the design process, both as creative tools and as a method of communicating the vision for a project. His approach continues to evolve as new technologies are developed and become available.

At all stages of a project one of Frank's strengths is to continually refer back to the brief, to make sure that the client's vision is never lost.

In addition to his private practice Frank regularly tutors at the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Sheffield to bring perspective of professional practice to future generations of Landscape Architects.

About
Sophie brings a keen eye for design and craft and applies this to her practice. She is highly creative and her design flair is evident in all of her work.
Sophie is committed to having a positive impact on the environment and her work allows her to make a real world impact on a large scale. She is adept at weaving sustainable principles into schemes to ensure that they contribute to a sustainable green future.

Much of Sophie's work is inspired by nature, and she has a particular interest in planting typologies informed by the natural world. She seeks to create systems that are aesthetic, low maintenance, climate resilient and of real value to wildlife. Her own garden acts as a test bed for many of her planting design ideas which gives her a deep insight into the medium with which she designs.
